    Your assigned Portfolio Manager will be your single point of contact. When you have questions, you will be contacting the person that is the most knowledgeable regarding your particular property or properties.

    The Portfolio Manager receives a portion of their salary from the homes they manage, so their interests are aligned with yours – maximized income potential, ensuring tenants pay rent on time, etc.

  2. Tenant Renewal Focused

    The Portfolio Manager will spend less time and effort renewing a lease versus finding a new tenant, writing a new lease, doing move-out/in inspections, etc., so the PM is renewal focused. Reducing turnover and keeping quality tenants in your home is an advantage for both you and your Portfolio Manager.
